About Us

We’re Sam & Reema — two cousins, midnight snackers, and now co-founders of Wake Up Chicq. Reema brings over a decade of experience in the western wear business in Mumbai, while Sam brings a quiet love for cozy comfort from her years in the UK.

Growing up, cartoons were our happy place — from the chaos of Tom & Jerry to the confidence of The Powerpuff Girls. They made us laugh, feel fearless, and brought comfort in the simplest ways.

As we got older, we noticed something missing. Nightwear had become dull and lifeless — all beige, no fun. We missed the colour, the joy, and that playful energy we grew up with. We wanted nightwear that brought that magic back — something that felt like home but looked like a dream.

Wake Up Chicq was born out of long-distance calls, spontaneous voice notes, and the belief that sleepwear can be both fun and feel-good. With our shared love for nostalgic prints and soft, breathable fabrics, we decided to turn that idea into something real.

We work with fabrics like cotton, crepe, and satin — soft on the skin, cool to wear, and easy to care for. Each piece comes in a relaxed, loose fit that lets you stretch, lounge, and unwind without a second thought. Our prints bring the personality — from quirky cartoons to girly hearts — with vibrant pops of colour and soft pastels that match every mood.

For us, Wake Up Chicq isn’t just a nightwear brand. It’s a reminder to slow down, have fun, and hold on to the little things that make you you — even if it’s just your favourite pair of PJs.
