Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wakeupchicq.com. Include the following:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A short description of the issue
Our team will assess and respond with an appropriate resolution if applicable. Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
